Try Your Luck

1st Floor Reference Desk

Teens, come chat with a librarian at the 1st Floor Reference Desk about your favorite (or least favorite) class in school, the best book you've ever read, or anything else. You'll then receive a scratch ticket, revealing either an instant prize or the chance to be entered into the grand prize drawing. The grand prize drawing winners will be notified on October 3.

Come experience the wonder! Bring your fellow superheroes to see the new Wonder Woman film at this free event. Chairs will be provided but feel free to bring blankets, pillows, and snacks.

Test your wits against our Harry Potter themed escape room. Come with your group of friends and try to escape the room within the time limit.

Come hang out with your friends while helping your library! Help librarians choose what books to order, help create fun teen programs at the library, volunteer for special library events, and more. As a Teen Volunteer Board member, you can serve your community and gain valuable experience for job resumes and college applications. Pick up a Teen Volunteer Board application from the First Floor Reference Desk or pdfprint one online and bring it to your first meeting.
