Utah State
Beginning in 2012, the Utah Tax Commission is no longer producing or mailing paper versions of the TC-40 Individual Income Tax booklet and forms. Because of this, there are no copies at the Provo City Library.

Income Tax Assistance for the Elderly
Free Income tax assistance for the elderly will be available at the Eldred Senior Center.

Utah Tax Help and VITA
VITA offers free assistance with simple, current-year tax returns to low-income, elderly, non-English speaking and physically challenged taxpayers who cannot afford professional tax help.
