Have it Your Way Registration Form        Create Your Own Group Program Form 

Looking for a great activity for your youth or adult organization? Or maybe just a fun way to spend time with friends? Then check-out the “Have it Your Way” programs at Provo City Library. Tell us what you want and when you want it. We will do our best to accommodate your schedule. Just remember, programs are subject to staff and facility availability, so… 

The sooner you ask, the easier it is to get just what you want.

Programs last approximately one hour and should begin between 10:00 a.m. and 7:30 p.m. (4:30 p.m. on Saturdays). Participants should be at least 12 years old. Groups with participants under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

To request one of the programs bellow print and fill out the registration form and turn it in at the 1st Floor Reference Desk. Or call the 1st Floor Reference Desk at 801-852-6661 to have a librarian take your request over the phone.
