Want to live a healthier life? The Provo City Library and the Utah State Extension Center are offering a series of classes dedicated to healthy living, nutrition, food group education, meal planning, and even pregnancy health tips. Feeding Preschool Children, December 16, in room #309 of the Provo City Library, these classes will be held once a month and are free of cost.
